• Gather, manage, and prioritize market/customer requirements and feedback
• Define, track, and analyze the relevant KPIs, make sure we are on the right track and important things
• Ensure that the development team understands the goals of product initiatives relevant for them and fully supports them
• Ensure the technical feasibility and intuitive usage of the planned functions, make our customers excited about them!
• Act as the customer advocate articulating the user’s and/or buyer’s needs
• Work closely with engineering, design and quality assurance teams to ensure successful product launches, business case and customer satisfaction goals are met
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies
• Gather and evaluate ideas and opinions from competitors, current and potential customers
• Define product requirements and specifications based on customer feedback and market trends
• Demonstrate new features and ideas to stakeholders
• Gather data about current features and use those as a basis for further enhancements.  
• Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses; Conduct market research and competitive analysis for market expertise and opportunities for product improvement
• Deliver MRDs and PRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
• Continually improve technical knowledge and skills
• Make sure that all the teams are on the same page

• Make sure that the goals for the sprint are well defined and do not overestimate the team resources
• Lead the development and management of the product from conception to launch.

• 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager or relevant position
• Degree in product design or engineering, business administration or relevant courses/certifications
• Good understanding of the financial sector  
• Excellent teamwork skills; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
